Do you offer free shipping on this piece?
Tracked shipping is free on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat tracked shipping fee of $7.90, shown at checkout before you pay.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund or a return. Personalized pieces are made to order and follow their own conditions. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee. If the piece arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive at all, the return costs you nothing.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
It covers confirmed manufacturing faults. Normal wear, loss and accidental damage are not included.
