How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery arrives in an estimated 7 to 10 business days from the day you order, processing included. Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET are processed the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping on this piece?
Tracked shipping is free on all orders over $49. Orders under $49 have a flat tracked shipping fee of $7.90, shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your piece ships, and you can follow it any time on our order tracking page.
What is your return policy?

Do I pay a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee. If the piece arrives damaged, incorrect or does not arrive at all, the return costs you nothing.
What does the lifetime guarantee cover?
It covers confirmed manufacturing faults. Normal wear, loss and accidental damage are not included.
